Q: Do you use new needles or do you re-use them?

A: At Ultimate Arts Custom Tattoo we use a new needle for each and every client. Ultimate Arts was the first tattoo studio in Madison to use this standard. Even though state law does not require the use of a new needle we believe the quality of a brand new needle far surpasses a worn needle that has been used on countless individuals. We prepare each needle configuration by hand and check the integrity under a jeweler’s magnified eye loop. Before a new needle is used on any person it is sterilized by means of a chemical pressure sterilizer.
